Done 🌜🌞 this mandala was so much fun to work on, a bit of a challenge deciding on what I wanted to include in the final piece but I'm very happy with the result! What's your favorite part of this piece? Mine is the sunflowers and moonflowers around the outside (yes moonflowers are a thing! 🌚)

This idea popped into my head a couple days ago and I'm excited to see it beginning to unfold. One of my main motivations to finish pieces besides seeing them done is getting to start the next one!

🌸, ☘️, or 🦋?

I had so much fun creating these pieces and actually learned a lot for when I do this style in the future! First things first, I need to find some good pens or markers to color with that don't bleed, and that don't absorb gel pen ink so if anyone has recommendations, let me know please! I love my Stabilo fineliners and absolutely love all the colors, but they're too fine to actually color with. I also learned which colors to use and avoid if I'm going to be drawing on top with gold or any other metallic ink 😅 but regardless, I absolutely love how these came out and I'm excited to do more like them and improve! Which one is your favorite? (Blue is mine by far 🥰)
